Andra Moran grew up the daughter of two ordained ministers—one a city boy from Utah, the other a farm girl from Ohio. Andra’s father was an Army chaplain, and his call moved the Moran family from west coast to east, and then from America over the Atlantic to Germany. Andra started highschool in Frankfurt, and finished in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Through it all, church and the family farm were where Andra felt at home. Andra’s musical roots were planted in children’s choir in California and family jam sessions, and continued with formal study of vocal technique and opera in Germany. Andra attended Hiram College for a year majoring in Vocal Performance and Classical Composition before succumbing to the pull of songwriting in Nashville.
A music performance graduate of Belmont University, Andra has lived in Nashville four times longer than anywhere else, and loves it here! She actively works as a singer, songwriter and freelance musician in the Nashville community. Since 2001, Andra has released four albums to critical acclaim.
Andra’s songs have been published by Christian Board of Publication and are sung in congregations and camps around the world. In addition, Andra works nationally as a clinician on contemporary, emergent and relevant worship, and was a featured speaker and artist in 2009 at Le Grand Kiff in Lyon, France.
Andra keeps a busy schedule of touring and writing, tending to her garden, cooking, and being a newlywed to the fantastic Stephen Daniel King. She is so excited to be building The Bridge at Woodmont this summer!

Stephen Daniel King grew up in Atlanta. As the third oldest child of eight, he had to learn quickly how to deal with sharing, compromise, and hand-me-downs. It was also because of his siblings and parents that he learned a love for music. There was rarely a time when the radio wasn’t on or instruments weren’t being attempted. Too cool at the ripe age of 10 for piano lessons, it was an innocent house game of hide-and-seek that led him to discover his dad’s guitar under the bed.
Throughout middle school, high school, and college, Stephen was musically active in the church and the community. While earning his BA degree in Marketing at the University of Georgia, Stephen was immersed in the diverse music scene of Athens, GA. He served as the worship leader for college ministries at First Redeemer Church in Atlanta, as a musician for Campus Outreach Ministries at UGA, and played regularly at Athens Church, a NorthPoint Ministry. In addition, Stephen gigged around Athens and Atlanta as a singer/songwriter and a sideman for other artists.
Shortly after graduation, he moved to Nashville with only a car full of things, a head full of hopes, and a heart full of anticipation. Nashville was kind. Upon arrival, Stephen resumed playing with Gabriel Kelley and the Reins and released an EP with them the following year.
Stephen met Andra through a mutual songwriter friend and proposed to her 20 months later in Paris, France while on tour as a headlining act for Le Grand Kiff, an outreach ministry of the European Protestant Reform Church. A highlight of Stephen and Andra’s November ’09 wedding was music offered by all seven of his siblings!
Stephen stays busy teaching guitar and bass lessons, touring with various artists, doing session work, and trying to stay caffeinated.
