"The Bridge" worship leaders Andra Moran and Stephen Daniel King, along with Stephen's violinist sister, demonstrated the contemporary approach to traditional church music during the August 29 service. The couple will anchor the Sunday evening free-form worship experience beginning September 12.
Julia Tanner and Jamie Huling performed "Shepherd's Song," A Jamie original composition, as the August 22, 2010 prelude anthem.
Eliza Musick performed "Still, Small Voice," a Thom Schuyler composition as Woodmont's August 1, 2010 prelude music. Thom accompanied her and sang a harmony line.
The May 9 early service congregation met "The Bridge" worship leaders Andra Moran and Stephen Daniel King after hearing the duo perform the 9:30 prelude. "The Bridge" will become an integral part of Woodmont worship when this new contemporary service launches on September 12th (Sundays at 5:45pm).
